The Nahma Project – A Testament to Craftsmanship, Collaboration & Connection
Located in the heart of Fenelon Falls, Ontario, the Nahma Project stands as one of our most iconic Custom Home Projects in Fenelon Falls—a showcase of elite craftsmanship, collaboration, and advanced building science. This remarkable 8,700-square-foot residence was engineered using the BONE Structure® system: a cutting-edge steel framed house built from recycled galvanized steel columns, hollow structural sections (HSS), 12’ structural insulated panels (SIPs), and high-performance rigid foam insulation. Together, these elements created a next-generation, energy-efficient building envelope designed for longevity and sustainability.
The Nahma Project was brought to life through a joint partnership between Four Points Construction and ConstructionX, trusted leaders among custom home builders in Ontario. Four Points entrusted our team with complete project management and execution—drawing on over a decade of specialized experience with BONE Structure steel-framed homes. From start to finish, we directed the construction process while training their crew to assemble with precision, ensuring every component was executed to perfection.
Construction began in September 2024 and reached completion in February 2025—a carefully managed 17-month build timeline. What made this journey truly memorable was the involvement of homeowners Allan and PJ Conquergood, who lived on-site throughout the process. Their curiosity, commitment, and hands-on presence turned the project into a shared journey that fostered a lasting friendship with our founder, Chad B. Briand.
In the summer of 2025, the Nahma residence was featured in Our Homes Magazine, recognized for its architectural brilliance and welcoming warmth. While ConstructionX was not formally credited in the article—an editorial oversight we take in stride—the real reward lies in the enduring relationships and the exceptional work we proudly delivered.
