Chad B. Briand is the founder of ConstructionX Inc., STEEL Structure Homes, LandscapeX, and DesignX Studios—a specialized group of companies reshaping the future of residential design and construction across Ontario and Alberta. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Chad has earned a reputation as a leader in design-build construction, steel-framed housing, and high-performance residential development. As a driving force behind two of Canada’s most innovative regions, he continues to raise the bar as one of the most trusted Custom Home Builders in Ontario and Alberta.
Chad’s journey began with high school drafting classes and hands-on roles in construction, which led to project management and an executive leadership role with BONE Structure—a pioneer in steel home systems. There, Chad helped deliver some of the most advanced homes ever built in Canada. After BONE closed its doors in 2023, he restructured ConstructionX into a centralized parent company to support his rapidly growing ecosystem of architectural, landscape, and custom home ventures.
With unwavering integrity, sharp technical insight, and a client-first mindset, Chad leads every project with a deep focus on smart systems and long-term performance.
